About

What is the Bujinkan?

The Bujinkan (武神館) is an international martial arts organization based in Japan and founded by Grandmaster (Sōke) Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi.

What kind of Martial Arts?

The art we study, Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu, is a collection of nine separate martial schools (ryūha) passed down to Sōke Hatsumi through his teacher, Toshitsugu Takamatsu.

Who can Learn Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu?

Our active membership includes men and women from all walks of life, ages 3 to over 80.

What Sets Us Apart?

We conduct our classes in a relaxed, non-competitive fashion. Our class sizes are kept smaller for more personalized instruction.

Each school contains unique characteristics that are studied separately and within the greater context of the Bujinkan as a whole.
